All Swift products carry a twelve month guarantee against faulty workmanship and
parts. In the unlikely event your unit fails within 12 months of purchase, Swift
will repair or replace the unit free of charge including shipping charges to return
the unit to you.

We only ask that if you do encounter any problems you should contact us first of
all by telephone or by e-mail as we may be able to resolve your issue directly.
CONDITIONS OF THE SWIFT GUARANTEE
The Swift Guarantee will not be valid under any of these conditions:
1. If the unit shows any signs of abuse
2. If the unit shows any signs of being tampered with.
3. If you are not the original owner of the product.
4. If not returned to Swift in the original packaging.
5. If the serial number is altered in any way.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
REGISTERING YOUR SWIFT GUARANTEE
When you purchase a Swift product, your details and the pedal serial number(s) will
automatically be registered with Swift. For your reference you will find all the
registration details, model, serial number, owners name etc already filled in on
the guarantee document supplied with your unit.
